I don't understand how Madrid continue to spend money season after season, especially when they are borrowing money. Their debts must be as high as United's.

Real Madrid still haven't learnt that buying the worlds best doesn't make a good team. Look at the some of the best teams in Europe and they have 1 or 2 players who stand out. Madrid's whole team sheet stands out and they don't work well together because they all think they are the dogs bollocks.

They need to sort out their defence rather than buying more attacking minded players.
