I never liked Studge at Chelsea and I don't think he would have ever worked out for us. What would we be doing with him now - he would be getting in Hazard's way and occupying the same spaces.

We played him out of position often but he was a bit of a vagina. I have never seen a footballer jump out of so many challenges plus he was greedy and didn't track back.

He seems braver at Liverpool. They do have the magic touch when it comes to strikers.

Chelsea need a guy like Ba but who is much better at football.

Chico Flores stopped Chelsea hitting out on the counter when alot of Swansea players weren't in defensive positions which is definitely a yellow card.

Second offence he stops Schurrle from pushing inside the box to get a cross off (just outside box) another tackle in a very forward position which in turn is halting play and possibly stopping a goal scoring opportunity thus meriting a second yellow and sending off.

Why can't we talk about Suarez?
Gets a yellow card early on for a dangerous tackle and dives 5-6 times and the referee not once has the guts to have a word with him even though he should of been sending him off?
Then Martin Skyrtel once again getting off with murder and I've not heard anything about the FA going to push for any action against him... Seriously?

Liverpool FC have to be the most guilty of conning the referees, hopefully they don't win the BPL they're the scummiest team in the BPL.

Saw on the Sky Sports or MOTD replay that he blew up for the foul and as he Chelsea players were walking over to him he was saying "I'm thinking, I'm thinking, go away" etc.

So he was clearly thinking about it and to be honest Chico is ****** as **** for making that clumsy challenge so soon after getting a yellow and the ref did make the right decision.

That said I've always hated when players surround the ref and I think I've read that JT had admitted to saying to Phil Dowd that "it's a second yellow to me". To be fair he's not wrong but if Dowd has taken that on board and used that to influence his decision then it's an issue of course.

Sadly it's something we've allowed to come into our game and the respect the refs campaign or whatever the hell it was hasn't worked.

I think Sturridge was given a proper shot at Chelsea he just didn't know how to play with the system he was far too greedy and he just wasn't good enough simple as that.

I don't think he was.. he was never really given a shot up front for any period of time at Chelsea. At liverpool he is up there with Suarez and has a great understanding with him.. but he also did well without Suarez when was banned.

Are you talking about Kim Kallstrom? If so, got to agree here. Such a strange signing, especially considering other areas were much more important.

It is such a odd one with Wenger. On one hand he is an idealist and that's commendable but on the other hand he's remarkably stubborn and it costs them.

I had a theory that Wenger was happy building a team with nothing.. put it this way if he spends and they don't have success he has big issues. Wenger is the kind of guy who picks a conference side in championship manager and brings them all the way up the leagues and becomes CL winners lol
