The guy may not be ****** but he is stubborn and stuck in his ways...
Arsenal have lacked spine and heart for years now.. what does the guy do? he goes and buys another extremely talented but spineless **** in a position which they don't need.
On top of that.. he buys ANOTHER attacking midfielder who is past it/never was and injured
I dunno - I think it's arrogance.
Wenger has this preconceived notion that if Arsenal play well they will win. Which is why they get absolutely slapped now and again against the title contenders because they really chase a game.
That and Mourinho bullied him and made him lose his marbles. He is such an idealist he must have gone to sleep thinking his team were going to play a perfect match.
I doubt Wenger will ever beat Mourinho because a win in itself is not enough any more. It has to be a vindication of his style over Mourinho's. And the problem there is that we have better players.

If you look at him closely he does a lot of thing wrong and his first touch as often woeful.
Not convinced he would be that useful for us. People look at him and think Drogba - he isn't. Just because he is built like a monster doesn't mean he plays that way. He needs to improve a lot to be a world beater.
I am not saying he isn't better than Ba, Torrid, and the ghost of Samuel Eto'o he is. But I doubt he will ever be elite.
Wilfred Bony is the closest thing to a poor man's Drogba.
Lukaku would be backed up against two centre backs for Chelsea with no space in behind. He hasn't got the touch play to be our number 1 nor is he the force of nature people think he is.
I'd want Balotelli at Chelsea.
I would give Lukaku a shot before going out for Costa. Torres is going nowhere. So we may was well.
Shyt if we would have given Sturridge a shot, he'd be scoring for fun in blue rather than red.

It is such a odd one with Wenger. On one hand he is an idealist and that's commendable but on the other hand he's remarkably stubborn and it costs them.
For some time Arsenal have been crying out for leaders in their team, right down the spine and he never really seems to go and address it.
I mean is he being handicapped by the board? Or is he simply refusing to buy players at the going rate? We probably won't know, I can't see Wenger ever spilling the beans totally after he leaves/retires but it would be interesting to know.

West Ham are gonna get their wig pushed back later. Say a prayer for them.
Ramsey is gonna crack that pony defence. No doubt.
