Any good team is better than England .

Just because South American teams have dominated doesn't guarantee they'll win in the big stage. The past 2 WC winners have been European teams, just saying though.

That was the first WC in Africa. The oxygen levels differ hugely in South America as opposed to the rest of the world. It's a lot more difficult for European teams to get accustomed to the conditions in South America as opposed to SA.
