Thats one of those games where every attack is a goal...

Dunno why ashley young was left wing again, Van P was a big miss

Fellaini isnt attacking minded enough was offering nothing going forward

He was a big fish in a small pond at Everton, and had much more freedom to do as he pleased, which worked for him. He was in every essence a box to box player.

At United, reality has hit him it seems, and he looks more tentative. I don't think he knows how to fit their system quite yet, and i don't think he even touched the ball in either box going forward, or in defence.

          Yeah

He had many touches in both boxes.. infact he probably passed more and better then Yaya Toure.. and had more of the ball.. Oh and the stats back that up.. Unfortunately Fellani was let down by poor system + the likes of Young/Evra and Ferdinand

It's a ****ing joke.. these "United fans" want to **** on Fellani because they are not happy with the transfer window and Moyes in general.. the guy is a top player..

He was one of the top 3 United players vs Leverkusen and after Rooney.. was one of the few United players i could give any credit too..

I think people are massively overblowing how bad we are when Kompany doesn't play anyway tbh, we're trying to implement a new system so there's always gonna be a bit of a bedding in period for the back 4.

Nastasic is a top CB who's only 20 and we've just bought experienced quality in Demichelis who has already excelled under Pellegrini at Malaga. Then Lescott who is more than capable. There's been a couple of games where we've had to play Garcia there because of injury problems and people are going mad over it.

Nastasic and Demichelis is a CB pairing I'd be comfortable going into any game with and keeping a clean sheet.
It has to be an issue, really.

I'd fancy Chelsea's chance to beat City with the other two in to be honest. Especially at the Bridge. We always lose the away fixture.

If Javi Garcia played at centre half only 3 points would do. Dude is shite.

I agree with what the pundits says about the gap between Kompany and the others being pretty big.

But City should win the league for me: Best Centre half, best centre midfielder, and one of the top 3 strikers. Tis all about the spine.

Obviously there's a drop in quality to the backup CB's in the same way there's a gap between Messi and Pedro.

But it's not like we're just gonna crumble if Kompany doesn't play. Nastasic was probably our best CB last season and we ended up with the best defensive record in the league.

If our biggest issue is that we might have to play Lescott or Demichelis, then I think we're in pretty good shape.

It's funny that City's defense came in for the most criticism in this thread last season though.

Jose Mourinho cried as Sir Alex Ferguson overlooked him for Manchester United job
                  24 Sep 2013 16:54

A new book by Spanish journalist Diego Torres reveals Mourinho's agony at missing out on the job agent Jorge Mendes had convinced him was his destiny

Jose Mourinho cried on discovering that David Moyes had got the Manchester United job, according to a new book released in Spain.

"Prepare to lose: The Mourinho Era" is Diego Torres' latest fly-on-the-wall book from inside Real Madrid, and extracts from the book appearing in Spain today tell of the Portuguese manager's anguish at being overlooked to replace Sir Alex Ferguson.

The first chapter, entitled Llorar(to cry), Torres writes:

“Mourinho, encouraged by his devoted agent [Jorge] Mendes believed that Ferguson, as well as an ally, was his friend and Godfather.

"He was convinced that they enjoyed a friendship of genuine trust. He thought that his fabulous collection of trophies - two European Cups, seven league titles and four cups in four different countries - made for a resumé no other candidate had.

"When he learnt he had chosen Moyes, Mou was incredulous. He screamed: ‘But he’s won nothing!’”

Mourinho's outburst is described as "the most disgraceful hours in his time as Real Madrid manager," and details hours that the 50-year-old spent unable to sleep and with his mobile phone glued to his head.

"Jorge Mendes, president and owner of Gestifute, was involved at Old Trafford more than any agent.

"No representative did such huge or such peculiar business with Ferguson.

"Nobody prepared more carefully, nor knew how to transmit to the media the idea that there was a predestined successor [to Ferguson].

Hooper 2 in his first start at Nowrich ( 90 115 ) .Think Celtic missed him last night my old man was at the Celtic game. He said Celtic did everything but score .Beat off Morton at home 0-1 ( extra time goal ) .

Premier League Norwich avoided an upset as Gary Hooper scored late in normal and extra-time on his first start to see off Watford in the Capital One Cup.

Championship strugglers Morton took a famous scalp as Dougie Imrie's penalty knocked Celtic out of the League Cup.

                      What a little b1tch

It was cringeworthy how he always tried to suck up to United and Ferguson over the years. Especially after the CL game last year.

                      And all for nothing
