Osvaldo is cheeks. He shouldn't be considered for any top team.

Our right back got absolutely humiliated. No idea how he played the full 90mins.
Jones, the Stoke City guy ****ed us up. 2-2 final result.
Zelaya almost made a bicycle kick in added time but the keeper blocked it. If it went in, goal of the tournament no doubt.
The Honduras game was ****. Haiti should of had four goals. I left right after Honduras scored their 2nd goal in the 75th or so.

I don't believe that Mourinho will start with Torres though. I still think we might sell him. Hope so.
Chelsea sign Mark Schwarzer. Perfect back up, finally.
I gave up on new signings for st, dm, cb. We only want young mids, preferred in the attacking mould.
I thought the same for Schwarzer. I don't think there is any Chelsea fans not for it.

I doubt Wenger ever wanted him. There is no resale value in old codgers. Wenger has sold some top players hitting 30 or passing it. He was never going to buy an ancient keeper from Fulham.
He suits Chelsea's needs. One season and off and no more Hilario or Turnbull chucking balls into the net when they feature.
I still can't get over how horrendous both of those keepers are. I know back up keeper is a dubious position but those two might actually have been the worst two goalies in Europe. I am immensely jealous of both men because I feel I could have been just as shite and earned thousands of pounds.
Look at that at 32 seconds in. I still can't comprehend that goal. A baby goat could have saved that shot.

That dude is the American Connor Wickham. Sunderland making some appalling transfer moves. They're going down!

I actually see Jozy as similar to Lukaku. Massive, pacey, super strong, sketchy first touch, superb finishing. (Although internationally, he has barely got going)
Next Drogba, I see in 2 players only. Wilfried Bony and Terrence Boyd.
Bony is Ivorian, massive, powerful, clinical finisher, can hold up the ball, but lacks that finesse feet Drogba had. Not sure of his heading but I know he can turn half chances into goals.
Boyd is massive, powerful, can hold up the ball, has finesse feet, can head the ball, sneaky like Drogba was, but isn't so clinical of a finisher. Half chances are sporadically goals but when they are goals, they always get you off your seat.
Obvi I haven't seen every player in the world but those 2 are the closest to Drogba I've seen. Both are raw and have short comings but they have potential to be beasts.
Idk how Jozy will do at Sunderland. I honestly don't know but I wish him the best.Last edited by F l i c k e r; 07-09-2013, 05:51 PM.

Is Schwarzer not still in contention at international level?
Not sure how wise it is for him to sit on the bench in world cup year if so.
I agreed with sparked on Soldado. Another player I'd have before Osvaldo/Negredo.
