I think Lukaku will stay with Chelsea next season and Jose will get to work on forging him into the player he wants. Lewandowski would be the perfect striker because of his link up play which would be great with Hazard and Mata.

Lukaku is like a more beast version of Red Torres. Plays exactly the same way, except has immense strength and is built like a tank. Not much of a targetman despite the size. Mourinho's coaching isn't gonna make Lukaku's feet caress the ball.
Lewandowski I agree but he wants Bayern for some reason. I rather just take Dezko for less cash and wages. Basically the same player in the attack, except Dzeko finishes better, whereas Robert can score from distance.

He barely moves but his hold up play is out of this world.
Chelsea need a certain type of there. Someone who stays in the middle of the pitch doesn't often drift wide and takes the attention of two centre halves. Andy Carroll actually does that!
Chelsea looked at Carroll when Newcastle where in the Championship.
He'd actually do alright.
Falcao probably would have been a disaster. Lewandowski would do o.k but would cost too much as would Cavani. Rooney would probably step on the toes of the three amigos. Chelsea need a bully really unless we are going to change the formation.
Lesser known players.... Bas Dost, dude from Vitesse, african dude from Anzhi(he's ass tho).
An interesting player would be Seydou Doumbia. Not a bully but I can see him being a problem for PL teams like Suarez is. (Not personality wise)
But let's face it. Chelsea will target a big name for a 3rd(4th if you count Ba) time and have them fail. I rather have Carroll if we go classic Mourinho. Or Doumbia, if we keep playing midget ball.
Ibrah is obvi better than Carroll but 15M > 25M.Last edited by F l i c k e r; 06-05-2013, 12:26 AM.

If it wasn't for Wenger, he'd still be plying his trade against bums in the French second division.

I like Martinez he's a cool guy but i don't see Everton doing very well this season, his style of play is quite different to what they play right now and i'll be surprised if he manages to keep Fellani and Baines. It will be like Brendan Rodgers going to Liverpool trying to implement his Barca style play, it will be difficult.

I love how sky sports have taken the Fernandinho fee that has been reported by every single reliable source in the last couple of days and added an extra 10m to it.
This is like when they said we were paying 24m for Garcia.

The fee is 22m, 34m includes his wages over the 5 years. I notice sky have now pulled this bull**** from their channel.
I've never seen another club where the wages are included when talking about a fee. Ridiculous from sky.
