Mancini makes a meal out of man-managing him at times. He hasn't actually done anything wrong this season, aside from going straight down the tunnel when he got subbed against United (not exactly the end of the world). Everyone overreacts to the slightest thing with him, every move is scrutinized.

Also, considering how young he is, his contribution has been hugely undervalued since he's been here. I read a couple of weeks ago the he has the 10th best minute-to-goal ratio in the history of the prem. I've seen him win us a game at Old Trafford, I've seen him smash Germany out of the euros, he set up Aguerooooo.

He's 22, I don't see what the rush is. Barely even been given a chance this season.

I agree on the Mancini part. I think Mancini is a very naive manager (tactically), very stubborn and almost child-like.

While every move is scrutinised I can understand Mario's desire to probably leave. It's the club he's supported as a lad and he'd probably feel "home" there.

Either way I don't Mancini is the right guy to get the best out of him.
