But oh my god....Ronaldo just terrified defenses......His step overs were the best ive ever seen, his whole body weight, would be on 1 side of the step over, you truely would believe he was going that way, and he would do 2-3 more step overs until the person was on their ass....

great goalscorer....could finish the ball practicly everytime he was given the chance.....he was skillful.....was a complete tank, no1 was stopping him or barging him out the way lol

Personally i think hes the greatest striker ever....what a shame he had bad injuries....to be fair he put on alot of weight tho...was that before the injury or after?
It was after, Real Madrid days.

He was powerful, strong, skillful and ruthless in front of goal, probably the most complete striker since Pele. Those stats you posted earlier were compiled when he was 19/20 years old, at that time he was on his way on becoming the G.O.A.T.

France '98 was meant to be his tournament, the one where he officially stamped his claim to the throne but it wasn't to be, he suffered a mysterious epileptic seizure before the final. My dad used to say that France paid him off, cus had he played they would have been ****ed royally lol.

He first got seriously injured when he was at Inter Milan, now considering he went on to become the world cup's highest goalscorer since that injury, imagine what could've acheived had he not got injured? that's a scary thought.

As soon as the board went up for 6 mins of extra time, I knew they would score. Arsenal are the late goal merchants, they were just piling on pressure and Hull were barely hanging on.

Should've been a 2-0 victory though, Hesselink was offside so it should've been pulled back immediately.

Posted on the Sun website in relation to whether Rooney will break Ronnie's record "With the Rooney v Ronaldo debate, how many of Ronnie's 41 goals came from pens and free kicks goals compared to Rooney? I suspect that at least half came from set pieces. Anyone know?"

Do any of you United fans know.

Great to see Henry back on form for Barcelona, since he came on as a sub hes been a threat everywhere, ultimately creating 2 assists for Messi who completed his hat-trick against Valencia, I hate Barca but Messi is unstoppable really......

Def a decent amount was from Free kicks/Pens we seem to be getting a lot less penalties since he's gone also, not half but a fair amount came from set pieces.

Rooney will break the record i think for sure depending on who we get next in the CLeague

                WAR ROONEY!

He can carry England to the WC final too i bet if he stays fit

Top 5 or maybe 3 player in the Premier League and that's saying something cause we have had alot of greats. He still is a dirty **** for the stunt he pulled vs Ireland tho
