Arsenal drop too many points !!

I'm not saying we have 50 mil to spend on one player but why is it every year one board member or another says "Wenger has 30-40 mil to spend in the summer" for the last 5 years and Wenger never spends it?

I don't believe it is as simple as that. What manager would turn down millions to spend offered on a plate to them???

"30-40 million" may be twisting things by including the players wages etc. You never know with these stories..

I don't like Wenger personally but at the moment Arsenal are basically guaranteed Champions League football each year with him. Some Arsenal fans should be careful what they wish for! Because if he goes, that may no longer be the case.

I am not one of the few idiots who want Wenger to leave. I just want him to stop being so stubborn and address the obvious weaknesses in the team.

In the last 5 years Arsenal have stood still whilst other teams have improved and caught up with us. Teams like Tottenham and Man City are getting better every season and soon enough Champions League football will be no guarentee.

Was actually shocked by nasri's performance today.....

Hes normally above every1 else in the arsenal team (ok besides Van P) that you would put your money on being clinical....and finishing a chance...or even whippin a ball back across the box etc

He was damn poor today.....didnt help my fantasy team....and wouldnt have minded if arsenal got a result cos i still think chelsea are more of a threat than them

Me too.

Wenger is the best thing to happen to Arsenal, he has surpassed Herbert Chapman IMO, but he has several faults.

If you look at our 2004 title winning team, how many of those players were youth players? Not many, Wenger has thrown a bunch of kids together, who play great football and still get great results and score goals..... they just don't have it in them to get over the line in finals or in tight games, they threw the title away a few seasons ago when they were 11 or 12 points clear.

I also wonder what these guys do on the training pitch apart from play 5 a side, they can never deal with set pieces.. its been 3, 4 seasons now... they just don't work on it.

Thats his problem,he doesnt want too admit that Arsenal have problems when they clearly do,and deep down he knows it as he is a great manager and that is evident
