Mancini has brought young.. even the likes of Tevez who seem extremely Experienced are young in football terms. The defense is rock solid (despite shaky spell lately).. In Silva you have potentially the next BIG star

You have a better keeper, striking options, defense.. in midfield Arsenal may shade it slightly with Nasri, Fab (for how long though?) and Wilshire..

Individually we're probably better yes, as individuals we probably have the best team in the league. But we've not shown the consistency that sides like Arsenal and Chelsea have, our players are yet to gel. I also think Tevez spoils our style of play, when he leaves I think our performances will improve. We need some more pace in the team as well, at the moment we don't move the ball quickly enough.

I do think we're better than Spurs though.

This is how I'd sum up Gattuso. He'll get the crowd going because he gets stuck in and starts fights with the opposition, because of this you get people overrating him. He's just a very limited player that gets his credit because he's a fans favourite.
