        Ronaldo (BRA) among the best I've ever seen and alongside Zidane, the best of his era.


        BTW, Lucas (Liverpool), worst midfielder in the PL. He is not fit to play for Pool, he is more like a Hull type player.


        And probably the worst finisher in football. Just an awful, awful signing.

          I remember watching this with some of my Turkish mates on a big live screen here in a Turkish community in Sydney. (Hundreds turned out to watch it on the streets, roads were blocked etc) You could hear a pin-drop when he scored. Amazing moment.

          Ronaldo and Rivaldo owned that world cup.

            What are your predictions for the La Liga. Might still be early but Madrid showed some mettle yesterday.


            Barca will eventually draw and lose more games because they're too chicken shit and Messi is a certified overrated ****.

                What makes him the worst midfielder in the league? Because he doesn't score goals?

                Piss off. He's a defensive midfielder, it's not his job to score. Claude Makelele didn't score much at all.

                Lucas is awesome as a defensive mid. Give me some ****ing credit, do you think I'd come on here and sing his praises if he was crap?

                Lucas gets no love because he's a Brazilian who doesn't play like the conventional flashy, all-action Brazilian. Also he took time to settle in the Premier League. Most of you probably haven't watched him play over the last 18 months, you just have the notion that he was crap when he started at Liverpool and hasn't got any better.

                If that's your opinion then you are a truly **** poster and your ability to judge a football player's ability is crap.

                If Lucas is so **** then why would managers like Kenny Dalglish, Rafa Benitez, Mano Menezes and Roy Hodgson put so much faith in him and play him so much? He has over 150 appearances for Liverpool, crap players don't play that much for LFC. He's also an established first-team player for Brazil.

                      I think Barcelona will just again take the title unfortunately

                      However, that fraud known as Lionel Messi will again to fail in his quest to win the UCL single handily. Previous World Players of the Year award winners were able to win the UCL title single handily like Kaka, Ronaldinho and Ronaldo. While Messi needs the likes of Eto, Henry, Ineista and Xavi around him
