        Give Capello a technically gifted side, and he'd prove his worth
        England have very little technical ability throughout the team, so it's probably too much to expect attractive football let alone wins against the Worlds best.

              France aren't one of the worlds best though are they? Did you see them at the world cup?

                I don't hate Carroll, he's captain of my fantasy football team. Crouch is brilliant with the ball at his feet for a big man, just look at some of the goals he's scored.

                  As a Newcastle fan i see Carroll as the next big thing in English football, he his a nightmare for defenders.

                  People can't compare him to Crouch just yet becasue Crouch is much more experienced than Carroll.

                    They're not the best but there is no argument that they have a better squad.

                    The problem is why is Capello having to start so many ordinary players like: Jagielka, Young, Barry, Johnson, Milner, Lescott, Carroll, Crouch, etc
                    None of them are bad players, in fact on their day they wouldnt look out of place in a CL team ... but on average they're UEFA cup level.

                    There will always be at least one weaklink in a national starting 11 but England have far too many.
