    Che Adams.

If he wasn't at Soton, they'd be a much better team. I've never seen anyone get as many opportunities as that man and do absolutely f/uck all with the chances.

Chelsea don't need a striker but if Lukaku and Timo leave (Timo should be sold, I can't stress this enough) but for what my fan vote is worth, I want Wilf.

      Full stop.

He's not going to be everyone's cup of tea. He's not a ***y transfer. But you know what? F/uck ***y transfers. Zaha knows the point of the game.

Ball --> net and he'll graft to do it.

None of this "run harder" stuff Frank likes to talk about. Zaha is like Costa, like Drogba. He's going to fight you and find net. Simple as.

Definitely harder for whatever reason to score for Chelsea.

Not unique though it is the challange of playing against packed defences for maybe the top 3 teams. Teams will open up sgainst Spurs even.

Haaland could be interesting because it could be that he struggles first season. From lots of green grass to a defender at your back and one at your front blocking the passing lanes.

But maybe he can just ger one touch finishes by the bucketload? Dunno. Honestly I dont even know Haaland either.

Chelsea's style is based on having 5 players ahead of the ball and then trying to create overloads. The issue is the transition is too slow and they mostly come up against 9 defenders. Once someone stood in front of Lukaku and blocked the pass into him. He was done and had no heart for the battle. He should not leave though. Would show real pea heartedness. We are meant to be his team? One season and he's done?

Werner for sure has to go for everyone's sanity.

So really Chelsea probably need a striker less than someone can hit a pass quickly into an area or break through a defensive line by taking someone on.

Zaha I like. The issue again will be he gets green grass at Palace. But I could see him relishing how much ball he would get at Chelsea and he could dribble.

Eriksen would be a good option for most teams I think. In a 5 sub league now. He would be an elite sub.

Give me Gallagher and 15 mil for Wilf. Everybody wins

Haaland is definitely not going to struggle in his first season.

He’s going to score a chit load straight away.

Final year of contract for Wilf turning 29 innit and he defo isnt signing another one.

Probably worth about a third of what Connor is.

I suspect Wilf goes to Arsenal myself. £20 odd mill max,

Which is going to be insane because City play with no space in-behind and Haaland plays the same brand of football as Lukaku.

Raheem to Chelsea would be an interesting one.

West London boy. So a homecoming really. Did get racially abused allegedly at the Bridge so you wonder about that being a factor. Then again there is melts everywhere. London is his home.

He is a frustrating footballer but you cant question his heart, mental toughness and resillience. Also with football teams traditionally being community hubs. Raheem would be a stadard bearer for a new era. He's a man who gave huge money to grenfell victims charities apparently (never publicised). MBE recognised it tho.

He could gain a real platform at Chelsea. Let's be honest we matter more than City. As shown by gnashing of teeth and column inches Chelsea generate. Nobody cares about City.

Chelsea need good men as well as good footballers imo. Raheem is a good man and you can't complain at a winger who basically scores 1 in every 2 and a bit games no matter how many he misses.

Equally I can see him at Real Madrid.

I can see Chelsea being a good fit. He would frustrate me though. He's just an innately awkward looking footballer but he has an opportunity to be a big player in a developing dressing room with a great manager and hopefully big backing.

I've liked Raheem since his Liverpool days.

But he won't fit Chelsea. He'll graft and he'll miss the 6 quarter-chances Chelsea put in front of him but he's not going to have the same conversion rate like with City.

I truly believe Chelsea need to gut that midfield if we ever want to start creating substantial chances.

It's the only way players like Raheem, Lukaku, Timo, even Ziyech types to ever perform their best. We don't have a De Bruyne + Rodri balance. Nor do we have the midfield industry of Liverpool.

Someone has to go to allow us to progress. Otherwise it's always this treating the symptoms (e.g. forward transfers) instead of the root of the problem (a midfield that doesn't improve the attack nor protects the defense).
