I can't see a top European team wanting him at that price or basically anyone..

For Chelsea he would actually be worth a punt but I believe City would s.hit themselves if an offer was produced. A big contract would be presented by City to Raheem in a heartbeat.

You could see Chelsea selling Werner to Liverpool in the future. Theyll just sell to whoever pays the most under the premise if they want to sell him what does it matter who to? They either have someone better already or they believe they will soon.

Nobody accused Chelsea of being noble but when it comes to letting players go they don't mind. It swells the coffers.

You aren't wrong though. Any time Chelsea want a rival's player, that team s/hits themselves. Man United refused to sell Rooney and extended Martial. West Ham put 80m on Rice. Everton suddenly wanted 50m for Stones.

Chelsea has their hiccups too though. When Big Nose wanted to leave, Marina practically begged him to stay. When Bayern wanted CHO, she gave CHO 120k/wk played like 2 professional games.

But generally, Chelsea will hand off players to anyone. Juan Mata and Matic to Man United. David Luiz to Arsenal. Hazard to Real Madrid. etc.
