They're still in the FA Cup, Champions League and Top 4. I don't get why the media has a serious hard-on from the get go about Conte leaving from last year.

Chelsea are essentially building a new stadium so they can't afford to throw cash around like they used to. Conte has to get used to that like Wenger did. Wenger had trash squads and still consistently managed top 4. Conte's squad can still beat anyone on any given day. They have a problem with their CB's, ST and depth right now. Need to replace them in the summer or it's going to be a painful season even next season.

Conte has his blame but it isn't solely his fault either. Conte does however have the responsibility to right this mess.

He's going to have to adjust from his ego. Maybe not his philosophy/idea of how to play but certainly the way he executes it.

The 352 or 343 that Chelsea plays has been found out. He may need to switch to a 442 for the sake of getting results. Until he can get the right players in, which will take years, not a summer, tbh.

At least then, the 2 mids in Bakayoko and Kante aren't getting exposed but I won't armchair manage. Conte has to figure it out and simply saying "we don't have the players" won't solve anything.

The fans are still with Conte. The club aren't backing him and haven't backed him the whole season. They haven't openly defended him against all the rumours ever. At a time when they needed a world class striker, they get him Giroud.

They aren't going to get anyone better than Conte. People are already talking about Silva who got sacked from Watford to replace him.

Maybe Ancelotti will return for one or two season contract. The Chelsea job is a dangerous job. If Jose, a Chelsea ICON got pushed out....no one is safe.

lol how has he not been backed? they just spend over 50 million in january and nearly 200 million in the summer

they had a chance to buy a world class striker in the summer and chose morata, you can't get a world class striker in january unless you want to spend x3 the normal summer price...

I want Conte to stop looking so miserable.

Otherwise I don't care if he goes. We sack managers and it works out but the issue now is we have a lot of average players.

The fans will get behind anyone who plays young players.
