I'm all in for this 'Nations League' thing. Literally 1235434534354342342423 times more exciting than international friendlies. In fact have you noticed a general uplift in mood in the 2 and half months since the last international break?

Speak for yourself.
I'm still on a high from the absolute shoeing we gave Lithuania.
I still think every national team should have to select a civilian at random under the age of 50 who must play the full 90 minutes - outfield.
That said I don't even like Chelsea's badge. What has a Lion got to do with Chelsea?
We should have a pensioner on the badge and be called the pensioners. People would probably get offended by that though because that's how they are nowadays
Looked a superior side to Arsenal in the first half but tailed off badly.
Hard to say how good Chelsea are really. On balance, pretty ordinary.
Have two big games against Barcelona and that is basically that. Could probably end the season now.
Will probably lose 4 in a row against Barca, and the Mancs.
Definitely feels like the journey to mediocrity has begun. Can't really get too mad at the results because I think Chelsea more or less play at their optimum level.
So now the excitement will come from playing Musonda and Hudson-Odoi and Sterling. Not sure how fussed Chelsea fans are about finished 2nd, 3rd, or 6th. They're not competitive currently so it doesn't matter even CL money is a drop in the ocean nowadays
Can't really be that fussed about it. We lack the amount of quality the other clubs have.
Only true top top top player Chelsea have is Hazard. Like it or not, Hazard could find his way into any starting XI of the top 6. Not arguable.
But other than him, it's a long shot. Maybe like Rudiger and Christensen could start for the other top 6 but it's not a certainty.
Kane, Ali, Son, Eriksen, Dembele, Martial, Lukaku, Sane, Sterling, Kyle Walker, De Bruyne, every Liverpool forward etc etc. could all easily start for Chelsea however. Without question.
Weird bit of work that. The way the suits have handled Chelsea's progression.
Wait what your finally admiting Chelsea are dead average? I was saying this last year even when they won the league.. there was just zero opposition.. I mean Leicester won it the year before for god sake.. City.. United and Liverpool all invested big.
Chelsea will struggle to get 4th place this year imo.. Conte is on his last legs.. moves for Crouch and Barkley.. those are moves of a mod table side.
