Well i certainly agree on that.. there was better free kick takers out there aswell, the guy just made England so predictable cause the left back knew he never had to worry about Beckham going past him.

Schmeichel did make some fantastic stops in that season, but what im pointing out is that in 98/99 he also did a fair few errors, something which barely ever happened while he was at his best for us.

King.. To injury prone for big Tournaments imo
