Lol I have never heard that said about any sports league. The current disparity in quality due to unfettered spending is what makes watching most soccer leagues pointless. The rest of the teams can't catch up and never will because they don't have the same money. I don't know why you'd want to watch a bunch of irrelevant games or games that you know won't be competitive.
