I'm very much a Serie A fan. My favourite league by a mile.

I consider La Liga to be clearly the best, after that the rest are all very close. However, my preference is Italian football.

Espanyol are pig farmers but Crystal Palace are tough world beaters


Both leagues are different, i wouldn't say one is better than the other.
I think the PL is more competitive overall but the quality of La Liga is higher right now.

It wasn't long ago europe was moaning that the CL knock out phases were mainly English teams. The standard has clearly dropped since that peak.

Is Pards regarded as a top manager now?

It frightens me that he could one day be the Chelsea manager. He always seems to get one over us but remains very cordial with the club even when provoked by Mourinho and he is a self confessed fan.

I think he will end up managing England and be awful.
