From what I have heard he had the fewest touches no surprise he had a poor game. needs to be given the ball to do something. No surprise to find out Modric was injured given that fact. The only player who likes Bale in that club. Rest are subservient to Ronaldo.

Tbf every time he gets the ball he just turns and passes it backwards.

It's clear as day he's hiding on the pitch, he doesn't want the ball.

He's out of form, and yeah no Modric does not help, he is the only one who has tried to help him settle into the team.

That's where the difference between Messi and Ronaldo becomes evident.

Messi has done all he can to help Neymar and Suarez settle into the Barca team whereas Ronaldo has done the total opposite for Bale.

Bale seems too shy to be at a club like Real Madrid. He goes missing when his bff Modric isn't there. He also seems scared to upset Ronaldo so he just goes within himself. I'm not sure where the hell he is supposed to fit in with his style in a team with Ronaldo and Rodriguez- who has shown him up a bit since he arrived.
