Why do Mexicans get to say the "N" word?

While being around my black friends, I notice most mexicans all greet the black guy with "what up n.igga," or something like that. Why do the mexicans get a pass? Can all ********** use the n word?

and it's not just ''mexicans'' all latinos get a pass for saying n.i.g.g.a.

ive been fine tuning my vocabulary so i try my best to avoid sayin n.i.g.g.a and i try to avoid cursing as well. i feel like it makes me sound ig'nant

however, ive never had a problem with black folk over saying ******.

I'm not jealous, I actually think most of them make them selves look silly when they say it like they're badass.

At school a lot of black kids use it like dude. We don't have a large Mexican population here (the ones that are primarily speak spanish, fresh from Mexico). No cholos or any of that ****. I look at n.igga as a word that only blacks have permission to use. It's a derivative of the word n.igger so only blacks should be able to choose how it's used.
