Throughout History why has Mexico/Mexicans been least accepting of blacks?

I was told Spaniards arent racists to blacks if they are born in spain. African Spaniards.

I should have said why do a good amount of mexicans not tolerate blacks. I live and have lived in neighboorhoods all my life with mexicans and mexican americans. And i can tell you for the most part they dont like being around black people, not working, and not living around them. In derogatory lingo they call them "*******".
