What was the first country to recognize all persons as equal, regardless of race? Mexico… 1814, under the Chilpancingo Constitution.


Mexico also provided a sanctuary to African American ****** during the 19th century

Also the Latino vote specifically in the southwest(which is primarily made up of Mexican-Americans) played a significant role in getting ***** elected


I'm not saying there isn't ignorant Mexicans that display prejudice but to accuse Mexicans of being least accepting of blacks isn't an accurate statement

Maybe i was wrong. But im just saying in the Carribean central and south america there are a good amount of blacks in each country and they fit in as if they were normal. Especially in the Carribean.
