i've been through alot of **** and the best has been the avg(free)...i also use the advanced windowcare v2 (free)

For me, the free ones always ****ed up after a while. I spent a little money to get Zone Alarm, it was worth it.

yeah you can but your pc will slow down big time...the combo i listed above is what i have...avg and windowcare...i haven't had any pc problems in awhile with that...i had spyware doctor and many others and always had problems

+1 on getting adaware. It's free! Gets rid of a lot of ****, especially if you frequent this site..
