Just type "free anti virus" in Google for a list.

Then, head over to CNet.com or Tucows.com for free anti virus product reviews.

They're major downloading sites that have reviews of various freeware and free trial downloads.

Just type in the search term for what you're looking for (free anti virus) and you'll get a list of the various anti virus products.

Check out the customer reviews to get a good idea of how good or not so good the downloads have been.

AVG, Antivir, ZoneAlarm... are the top free ones I can think of right now.
