This is untrue. The problems in the Middle East predate even *******. There has always been an issue in that location, probably because it was where civilisation began but then shifting climates moved the rich resource base from the Middle East to elsewhere causing a struggle between cultures for survival.

Islam started in the life of Muhammad whi lived in the sixth century, so you had 600 years before that of CHristians and ***s, 1000 years before that of ***s and 4000 years before that of various civilizations warring within that region. The modern conflict is indeed broadly about ******* and Islam, but pointing to Israel as the source of all this strife is bogus. Modern Isreal is about 70 years old. The region has been populated for 8000 years.

It is Darwin's theory of Evolution by means of natural selection among other mechanisms. It is outdated somewhat as the theory has, er, evolved, but it's a decent grounding into what all the fuss is about.

I have to tell you when you're comparing controversial books Darwin's theory lives up to its reputation far less than the bible does.

I was reffering to the religion's problems. Ofcourse there were problems in the middle east and wars. If you read about the Babylonian Empire (of which I come from) you will see a struggle from all sorts of nations that tried to overthrow them, from Ottomans to Persians, even the same people in the land couldn't get along. But what I was reffering to is the current problems we have today. The problem that is from a time even before Jesus is the Israeli-*********** conflict going on right now. That is a problem based on geographics and which cities belong to who. Other then that, everything else is between religions and problems of today. Israel is a new nation, but its cities date longer. Its the cities that make a country, not the other way around. Babylon is one of the oldest cities in the Middle East and there have been problems there ever since. Iraq isn't an old country to, but its cities are the oldest to date. But there is still a problem in religion now just as much as geographics. You look at Jerusalem and it's amazing that the three Abrahamic religions all share a piece of the land and worship there

Well I agreed with most of what you said except this part. When you look at Jesus' teachings and Muhammad teaching's, they condradict one another. ******s believe in Jesus as a prohet, yet they don't see him as a greater prophet then Muhammad. They accept some of Jesus' teachings yet a topic where they don't is with women. ******s believe that women are half as smart as men, and many women's were sold off as ****** to Muhammad. Yet Jesus taught that we are all the same in God's eyes and taught to love and forgive if one has sinned. I don't understand how ******s can believe in Jesus as a prophet yet deny his teachings and his message. So the part about treating people fairly obviously doesn't apply to Islam. Also the part about not doing bad things doesn't apply also since Muhammad murdered many men in the battle in Medina in Arabia when he defeated an army in which he was outnumbered. I don't mean to turn this into a dispute, just posting what the Quran states

If you read about the Babylonian Empire (of which I come from)
Considering that the Babylonian empire was gone in under a hundred years and absorbed into the Persian empire some 2500 years ago you can forgive my scepticism that you can actually trace your roots there. Considering that even the royal lineages of the European aristocracy starts to get murky about a thousand years in the past the chances of you being able to trace your particular lineage two and a half millenia back to an empire which only existed fleetingly are pretty slim.

Sorry to piss on your parade.

Hahaha, don't worry. You're comments aren't accurate AT ALL. First of all there were different roots to the Babylonian Empire. There was the Neo-Babylonian(or Chaldean) which was the 11th dynasty, neo-assyrian and so on... I come from the neo-babylonian side. The Neo-Babylonian were the peopel who were enjoyed the last status and dynasty from the land of Mesopotamia. It was under King Nabopolasar and his revolt where the Neo-Babylonian dynasty was established after taking it from the Neo-Assyrian empire. Afterwards, the Persians invaded and took it over, most notably Cyrus of Persia in about 539BCE. Afterwards, there were still Neo-Babylonians and people alike who were living in that land. It's not like they all vanished. They still stayed there, until the Empite was seized again. There are many people who are Chaldeans(from the Neo-Babylonians) and Assyrians (from the Neo-Assyrians) that live in the world today and have been there identity every since. The live most notably in Northern Iraq, some in Syria and many are scattered all over the world (Austrialia, New Zealend, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Canada etc. and one of the biggest populations outside of Iraq being the United States) The scattering of my people was caused by the Saddam wars in Iraq most notably the Iraq-Iraq war. Don't try to tell me what I am and what I'm not because you're looking like a big donkey right now. You can check all the books you want, but none of them say that Assyrians and Chaldeans are extinct. Know you facts before you make ****** claims that make you look ridiculous. I know what I am, I don't need you to dispute or confirm it

I'm not suggesting that those lineages are extinct. I'm saying that given the nomadic nature of humanity you cannot pinpoint your background with any degree of accuracy over two and a half millenia.

You are of course free to believe whatever you choose.

It was Jesus who was most known for it because instead of civilizations who used it(do unto others as you would have them do unto you statement) Jesus came out in a time where it was much needed and taught that. It took great courage since the ***s were under Roman control at the time. You should also do your research son, listing civilizations isn't nothing if you don't know nothing about them

You just contradicted your previous statement. I showed you Jesus's spiritual concepts were in practice centuries before he was created. Therefore, it did not originate with Jesus. Thanks for the confirmation.

I surely didn't so I don't know where you got that from...Also, the problems in the middle east involve Islam and some *******(between Israel and ********* and the nations again Israel as a nation), not particularily Christians unless your speaking of the U.S. ******s and ***s don't follow the teachings of Christ. Christians generally do. ******s believe in Jesus as a prophet but that is where they stop. Christians look to Jesus as God incarnate and the Messiah promised to the ***s in the Old Testament. I'm not implying that things are or aren't better after Jesus, I am talking about his teachings and lessons. If you agree or not iss your problem, but don't deny him of what he taught. And don't assume statements you think I'm saying when I'm not

Jesus became God as the result of a vote at the Council of Nicea. Jesus was not God prior to.

Who said its with any degree of acuracy. Is it like I name you my dads grandfathers,grandfathers,grandfathers...father? No. I am telling you that many tribes and empires from that time are no longer in existence and no one can carry those names anymore or are very much few(akkadians, sumerians etc.) except Chaldeans/Assyrians and even some Armenians. Somewhat like the ten lost tribes of Israel and how any *** that traces there history back in the old times can only trace it to the tribe of Judah since it was the only one that survived after the Kingdom of Israel was destroyed by ancient Assyria. Many make claims to be from the lost tribes but often there are too many nations that do and it never gets solved. But from where I'm from, no one can say that they are Chaldean/Assyrian unless the are. No one has made any claims to be unless they are. We alll speak the same language, and have had it since our ancestors (some words were changed around but the numbers and basic language is the same). If your telling me that no one from that time has made it on to exist today then your wrong. And also, the dynasty wasn't short. Many believe that it was the land where the first known civilization began hence "the cradle of civilization". I understand you can't help but dispute every post of mine for some reason, but when it comes to something like this, and you don't know the exact circumstance and claims, you shouldn't post because that would mean out of about 3-4 million Chaldean/Assyrians that exist today, none are from the old times. We have stories, and tablets to prove it and are in the Baghdad library and many artifacts and writing in England that have been restored. To make claims like you can't trace your history that far is not true. I would know if I wasn't from there but your idea is wrong
