I like 2pac but in the same way I like Kurt Cobain, Sid Vicious and John Lennon.

When somebody dies young they become immortalised. Fact is better rappers than 2pac have died. 2pac was more famous due to his Thug and criminal image. So when people try to bring out the positive words of pac now its kind of a contradiction to why people really liked him in the first place.

oh my please shut up...he is the only rapper that has college courses on poetry after him... there is NO! better rapper that has died then pac.. and you can ask anyone living or who have died.. they all look up to pac.. he is the GOAT

Pac was an entertainer- but he wasn't who he said he was. Before the Death Row contract, he was a "Conscious" rapper... He talked about social issues. Suge Knight turned him into the fake thug that he claimed to be.

Come on! He went to an Art Academy. He wasn't even involved in any criminal activity- he didn't get his firast felony until he was famous. Pac knew **** about "Thug Life". That's what I have a problem with. He wasn't real with it.

you must not know what tupac we are talking about kid, he was born in new york went to art academy in baltimore.. till he waas like.. 13 14?? then he was broke his mom was a crack addict mom was a panther.. he had NO MONEY AT ALL living in oakland trying to keep him and his siter alive when his mom in and out of jail.. that why he got into drugs and the whole thug thing he was like that from 13 to 18 that a big part of his life.. all his songs come from the heart and how he was brought up on his own

He died when I was 7. Although I went through a stage when I was 12-15 of plastering my wall in pac posters and listening to his music.

C'mon dude, I didn't think you were this dense. 2Pac was from the slums and lived in the slums all of his life. His Mom was even a crackhead and he had to deal with a lot of ****...Yeah he started out as a concious rapper but when he went with Suge Knight he rapped about all the different **** he was dealing with. Anyone who followed hip hop a little bit knew how shady of a business Death Row Records was and especially Suge. There was thugs and goons everywhere in that record company and a lot of shady/thug **** going on.

And "Thug Life" isn't what you think it is...it actually stood for 'The Hate U Give Little Infants ****s Everyone'.

I loved the man's music and charisma. But he portrayed an image. That might very well have been one small side of the man, but so much of it was for show.

Damn, people from NY still hate Pac cuz he dissed all the New York rappers. Lol, he dissed the sht out of biggie and he didn't even retaliate. He also dissed Mob Deep, Chino XL, Puff and a couple other cats.

You might be 2 young to know about Pac's life. His mom used to be a black panther and a crackhead. Yeah, he had it rough.

At 20, he got the **** beat out of him by cops for "jaywalking" and won a lawsuit in court

He shot 2 off duty police officers when he saw them beating another black man...........
