I like 2pac but in the same way I like Kurt Cobain, Sid Vicious and John Lennon.
When somebody dies young they become immortalised. Fact is better rappers than 2pac have died. 2pac was more famous due to his Thug and criminal image. So when people try to bring out the positive words of pac now its kind of a contradiction to why people really liked him in the first place.

If you are a genuine 2pac fan then thats good. I am to an extent. But him dying early immortalises him Jesus style. People talk about him as if he is some kind of god. There's no doubt that he was one of the best from one of the best eras in rap but there is a sort of "you brought it on yourself" feeling.

It doesn't quite immortalize the others who died young quite the same way..
With him it was different.
There isn't a shred of hype associated.
