**********s-lets revisit the Aircraft carrier and "mission accomplished"

The left likes to politisize the war huh?

Tell me conservative thinkers...did the Administation really think the war was over? Did they think we had won?

    Or

Was this the ultimate photo shoot?

Ill tell you what we have a lot of smart folks on this site both left and right but I want to know how the right feels about this mission accomplished fly by?

I stuck that (aricraft carrier with the banner in the background) picture on my fridge where it still hangs to this day, it makes me sick and can you imagine the young men over in Iraq that watched Dubya fly onto that ****ing aircraft carrier and say major combat operations are over.

THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE COMING HOME-instead they were just being used as the ULTIMATE in propaganda pieces.

Of all the things this administration has done this is the most disgusting and in my mind down right evil, it is unexplainable.

So, I would like to hear from the **********s out there, defend this fly by if you can and if you cant be a ****ing man and call **** when you smell ****.

Im a principled dude and if a leader I elect turns out to be a complete disaster you can bet your sweet ass I will stand up and become that individuals biggest ****ing critic.

Lets me leave you with this idealogues...

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."

Simply put, it was a bad decision. The use of propaganda will occur in every war. Let's not act like this is something new. Remember the "Alamo", or the "Sinking of the Maine". It's all a part of war.

The problem with the "War on Terror", is that it has been fought way too softly. It's a war, people will die. Doesn't dumb down are effectiveness by attempting to fight a PC war. It doesn't work (See Vietnam).

Did we need to fight Vietnam?

Ho Che Minh was ********ically elected, we were told that once we left Vietnam the country was going to erupt in chaos and the red menace was going to paste the globe.

Vietnam didnt erupt in chaos, sure it was tough for a couple years but things quieted down...the problem witht eh war on terror is that Iraq was not part of it, it was a diversion on the real war on terror.

Tell me if Al Gore had been Prez for 4 years the **********s would not have said, "wheres Bin Laden" they would have said "look america you cant trust the libs when it comes to foreign policy"

We should have surrounded Afghansitan and gotten Bin Laden and made an example out of him, instead we half assed the effort in Tora Bora and turned to Iraq who was as CONTAINED as could be.

Mission Accomplished was more then just a bad decision, it was a prime example of how this administration has chosen to conduct itself...Drew-is it safe to say that George W. Bush wa a bad decision? Is that safe to say?

How does it get worse then George W. Bush?

What would Gore have done decalred war on Saudia Arabia?

How could it be worse idealogue, explain it too me-enough of this bull**** surface rhetoric.

We wouldnt be in Iraq if Gore was the president, how can things be worse?

...The economy would be hurting, your taxes would be higher, mortgage interest rates would be higher probably, Saddam would still be thumbing his nose at us and murdering millions of his own people, and we may have had a dirty bomb shoved up our asses by now. Also, the supreme court wouldn't be leaning heavily right at the moment. ha ha ha ha

You dont even understand the context in whihc he said these wrods and actually Al had a major role with regards to the internet.

This has been exagerated and taken so far out of context it is literally as Bozo would say Laughable.

Do you understand the context in which he said this or should I enlighten you?

Since you brought it up I expect you know the facts right?

....During my service in the United States Congress I took the initiative in creating the internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system.
