I think that is a poor excuse. A boxing videogame with enough depth and a great creation mode would sell. A huge amount of boxing fans will not support a UFC game no matter what. They don't know any of the fighter outside of the 3 to 4 main stars. A company like EA is trying to starve fans into becoming MMA fans!

There are no new boxing videogames on the newer gaming consoles. I'm on a campaign to get us fans a game.

Why would EA have any horse in that race?

They have a contract with Dana White to make UFC games. They have to try to push boxing videogame fans into being UFC/MMA fansm

Don't they have contracts with a bunch of pro sports leagues to create games? That's par for the course with EA. One would think the more contracts they sign with pro sports leagues the more valuable that is to EA & they don't give a f#ck who's buying what game as long as they are buying their games.

The problem with boxing is there is no one to have sign a contract unless you wanna try to sell HBO Boxing, Showtime Boxing, Golden Boy Boxing or PBC Boxing or something along those lines that's thinner coverage of boxing than makes sense I'd imagine.
