    Where is our boxing videogame!

    The boxing community and I have been waiting for six long years for another boxing videogame to be created. As we waited we now have Next Generation consoles and no videogame representing the sweet science to play.
    The sport of boxing is world-wide and has a dedicate fan base that will support a great pugilistic game. There is definitely money in making a boxing videogame. EA proved it many times and it wasn't because of the so-called popularity of the sport.A great game brings in money.
    The boxing scene may have diminished some but the fans do and will support anything related to boxing especially if it's well done.
    Boxers and the boxing community have voiced their support but no company has stepped up to the plate. I think that boxers need to be more vocal to get companies attention. We can't let this much time go by without a boxing videogame not being made. If a company is scared of losing money they should do a Kickstarter and give boxers a percentage off their likeness.

    it obviously because of a reason, probably sales of past boxing games didnt do so well.

    just cause their money in it doesnt mean its a good move when that time can be used to create something else with a higher profit ratio.

      EA UFC worst selling Fight Night game sold better than their UFC games sales totaled! They can't say they would be wasting money on making another boxing game because.they keep throwing money away with the NBA LIVE series!

          Has it been 6yrs since a boxing game came out? That can't be a fact. I mean I was cruising the app store the other day & there were like 100 boxing games there. I can't imagine no is has made a legit video game system boxing game in over half a decade.

          Also how many of the last boxing games got sold? If there is money to be made somewhere people will tend to go out & make it. So if sales ****** or they lost money making it that they didn't get returned via sales than that likely has something to do with it.

          And sh^t man its 2017 make your own f#cking video game. Find some cats with a similar mindset as you along with some knowledge of video game creation & get to work or make a kickstarter if you need to. I won't even play the f#cking game, but I'd throw some money towards something like that if it sounds like a winning plan.

            Yes, it has been 6 years since we had a console boxing videogame. I have done my research and I am a.huge member of the sports gaming (boxing) community. EA UFC hasn't done better than the worst Fight Night game. A game producer friend said it's up to fans to make noise that they want and will support a boxing game.

            * App games don't count!

              Fight Night Champion was the last boxing game released on console and that was released in March 2011.

              EA pulled the plug on the series and no one has stepped in since.

              There's been a bucket full of mobile boxing games, mand I think there was a Rocky game for PSVita, but nothing on home consoles.

                I think it is actually really hard to make a proper boxing game so there is a lot of money and time that would need to be spent to make this happen. The boxing scene is not that big so it will only cater to existing boxing fans. I think the community as a whole has itself to blame. There was way too many cheaters/exploiters and even now there still is. It put a lot of people off that turned away from the game. As a community we are a victim of our own demise. People just wanted to win / continue to want to win at all costs even going as far as modding their character. Once the fight night champion servers go down. That is it! so im just thankful i can still play every now and again

                  It's just easier to make a UFC game just because of licensing rights it's more of a problem to get boxers specially now days we still get Arcade boxing with fake boxers I think nintendo is working on an Arcade boxing game

                    Doubt it'll do any good but signed anyway

                    Maybe worth spamming boxing related YT video's, Reddit and the likes
