[HOLY S**T!] (No Fight Night)EA to start on new UFC game and new Def Jam game

A producer on the EA UFC forums said they will be starting work on the UFC sequel. He said he will continue to update and support the current UFC game. Then, he will join the rest of the team on the UFC sequel.

This means no Fight Night is being made. They also have a team working on a Def Jam game called Def Jam: Vengeance due out 2015. It seems like EA has unofficially giving up on boxing. It's sad because the recent EA UFC game didn't sell well. It sold worst than the THQ UFC games and the worst Knockout Kings/Fight Night effort.

I have been campaign for EA and other companies to make a boxing game for some time now. Let's hope the boxing videogaming fans help the campaign to get another boxing game. One of the producer was quoted as saying he wanted to make another boxing game, it's up to the fans wanting it bad enough that the CEO's have no choice but to listen.

Good. They haven't made a good Fight Night since like the second one. EA just isn't that good at making sports games anymore.

True, but fans shouldn't be stuck without a new boxing game. EA needs to step up their game, literally. They are very stubborn. The producers want to force arcadey game play on true fans of the sport. The sim/realistic deep games are the top sellers.

I wish THQ didn't go under, they were awesome at making games. Would love for them to have taken a shot at Fight Night.

I would definitely support a 2K effort! They have really been putting in work.

EA is absolute trash. The new madden is a shiny polished turd every year. It literally looks like exactly like every madden back until madden 12. just new cursors and menu. 60-70$ for this ****? No thanks I'll save my money for MGSV : The phantom pain aka the GOTY
