Why wouldn't they? It's alot easier to make UFC games. Don't have to deal with the hassle of getting fighter licenses.

UFC games are not any fun. This isn't going to be any better. It's the same mechanics as previous UFC games. Not much will change, and while it will probably sell well to start, it won't get good reviews, and surely won't be a stable game like fight night use to be.
