Fixed my ps3 what game should I get??

Okay, I'll make this short and to the point..I am a huge gaming fan but my ps3 quit about a year ago and I finally decided to try and fix it.Well I actually did fix it.I got rid of all of my gear when it broke.. So here's my question..I can't afford much at all atm.But I have nothing,not even a controller.So I'm buying a controller and a fps game..cant decide..Killzone 3 or blackops?? Of course I want fight night champ but I'm looking for a shooter with alot of replay value at the moment in case it's a while before I get another game.Im kinda leading toward kz3 but most of my fam has blackops and I could play with them.idk looking for opinion??

I'm having trouble deciding cause I'm a little strapped for cash ATM..I'm really wanting kz3 but everyone around me has blackops to play with me if I get it..I've been a big cod fan since it came out and I missed blackops all together cause my ps3 quit.so I'm confused I loved the kz3 demo and loved kz2..plus mw3 comes out in about 4 or 5 months..
