New Xbox 360 Feature

I didnt notice it until today. You can install the game right to your hard drive.. here is the info on it..

''You'll be able to copy game discs to your Xbox 360 hard drive. Installing the games will prevent wear 'n tear on the disc drive, and will shorten load times. You will still need the disc in the disc tray to prove you own the game''

I would imagine it would run alot quieter and keep the system cooler since it wouldnt have to work as hard, and prevent rrod. anyone use this, notice a big diff??

Yes, it is very quiet and doesnt make any noise.......i would recommend it on games you play alot becuase each game is like 4Gigs

I just installed oblivion, LOL it took up 6.7 gigs haha!!

Oh well good thing I got an elite. still have 100 gigs left..

yea its so nice and quiet, faster load. system should last alot longer without issues id hope..
