Taking a cold shower after a boxing work out will help you gain muscles.
A doctor once said that hot water relaxs the muscles after a work out, but, cold water makes the muscles tense and strong.

For muscles I heard that ************ is okay as long as u dont do it 4 hours before sleep. You muscles grow when you rest not when u lift. I just dont do it all together. Testoterone is gonna be a problem when i move to fl near my girl. No muslce growth for me at all!

Yes
Some produce 7mg of zinc in one load, thats a hell of a lot of zinc. Way up the pros and cons, wank once a day keeps the doctor away(prostate cancer) or dont wank and have increased test, but more chance of prostate problems.
I say suppliment with extra zinc and have the best of both worlds.
