Now I know why this thread is under "Training & Nutrition".

You get physical conditioning because of the arm & penis workout, and when you drink your juice you also get nutritional value

Why would you want to lower your horniness? And why would you call your doctor if you had an erection lasting longer than 4 hours when using ED pills? I wish I could get them to last that long. You must be a stallion if you get them to last that long. The fun would never end.

A doctor once said that hot water relaxs the muscles after a work out, but, cold water makes the muscles tense and strong.
          .

You serious about the cold shower thing?

Yes, thats what he told me. I went to the docoters to get a physical. He noticed i was in good shape -at the time- i told him i boxed. He was a boxing fan, and used to train with local boxers and would give them a guide to nutrition and vitamens and advice and so on. I ask him to give me some advice and recommend me some vitamens. He then tells me about the cold shower after a work out and tells me of a diet more or less how to eat before and after a work out and when to drink water while working out. The cold showers make you feel stronger, you're whole body tenses up, after the cold water hits you for a second, you can't even tell the water is cold anymore. But just make sure to put some warm cloths afterwards. For a bit i was catching a cold cause i wasn't carefull to putting warm cloths on after a cold shower. He also gave me some vitamens, and those that he adviced were good ****, i would take them in the morning and after a work out and i felt strong and not tired.

I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was somthing similar. Just try it. Go to the gym do what you do, then take a cold shower after a few days, you'll see what im talking about. You will feel better then when taking a hot shower, no lies. Just try it. Oh, and when you turn on the cold water, just don't think about the cold water, like i said, in about about a second or two the water doesn't even bother you anymore, just make sure to put on warm cloths afterwards.

Using your hands is not the best way to get the ultimate sensation. You should try sticking your d*ck in-between two raw hamburgers to get a more realistic feeling.

By the way, don't feed the raw burgers to your dog afterwards
