i wore a sweat suit today wen i was training i had to change half way through cause of all the sweat. you should get 1 a weighted my self tody with no clothes apart from boxers so i know its wright i was 64.8 and at the end of training 2 hours later in the same atire a was 64.1 not bad for 2 hourrs dont you think

Haha, so you're saying you only lost 700 grams in two hours of training, of which one hour was in a sweat suit? I have guys lose up to 3 kilo's in a training session.
using a sweat suit is senseless cause your going to gain it all back when u drink liquids so its a waste of time. now before u fight and i mean like hours before u fight its a good to use 1
