Which Should I get for Home, Heavybag or Dumbell/Bench?

    The other theory being that by getting the bag your bag proficiency will increase... so although you may pick up bad habits, you may also pick up good ones and get really good technique, to take back into the club...

      Is that your years of experience with hundreds of fighters speaking again? 95% of the time it doesn't work that way.

          well as long as you can punch i woul;d get the bag, as the dung bells would be a waste of money as you can use home made stuff as weights, such as squatting trees and stuff

            Get the bag...definately dont get dumbbells over a bag..

            but focus on turning your shots over and returning them to your guard after you throw them, and dont **** your power hand before you throw it, i **** my right hand, drop my hands after i throw combos, etc...all cuz i did it for years at home before entering a gym, bad habits are SO hard to break...my coach stays bitching at me.

                  EXACTLY WHY YOU DON'T WANT THE BAG. AND THE WEIGHTS WONT HELP YOU TIL YOU GET YOUR SKILLS DOWN
