    Core Training

What's up fighters, first I wanna wish you all a merry christmas and happy holidays

So I was working on my core last night and I did some sit-ups, some ab rolls, but I somehow only felt burn in my lower abs, nothing at all in my upper abs. I tried some crunches to target the upper abs later on but I did like 50 in a run (i'm not so advanced so that was supposed to be hard for me after an entire workout)
but still I barely felt any burn, while my lower abs were CRYING

so did I do anything wrong, or is it just that I don't feel my upper abs when I work the core?

Get a sledgehammer and work over a big tire with over head strikes.

Switch to side strikes, using your left side and right side, every other day.

And how do you do a crunch while you are running? ........Rockin'

Work your obliques as these protect your rib cage

Get a Roman Chair. I am looking into 1 for my home gym, we had 1 at our old gym & it worked great.
