My forth workout at a local park, consisting of intervals of jumping rope (1 song X 4), burpee squat jumps (4 sets of 20), wind sprints (8 X ~75 yards), 2 sets of pull ups 10 each. I'd like to add dips but this kiddie park doesn't have any parallel bars that fit the bill.

my legs are killing me and I'm already so bored with this...

Good evening from São Paulo, Brazil, guys. Stuck in an apartment due the ol' virus but, thankfully, over the last week I've returned to training after a 14 day hiatus. Been performing the training schedule below right in my room (note: every session is preceded by ~10 minutes of stretching to avoid injury):

        Monday & Thursday: Cardio
        - 6 to 9 rounds of Shadowboxing (45 second intervals)

        Tuesday & Friday: Core Strength
        - 3 rounds of shadowboxing (Warm-Up)
        - Push Ups to Exhaustion (I've been having fun trying to break PBs)
        - Various Sit-Ups to Exhaustion

        Wednesday & Saturday: Leg Day
        - Squats to Exhaustion
        - Lunges to Exhaustion
        - Single Leg Cone Touch to Exhaustion

Obviously, take 'To Exhaustion' with a pinch of salt - if you max out 100% every single day and are training 6x a week, chances are you'll injure yourself sooner rather than later. At least that's my experience! Best thing about the schedule above is that work outs generally last under 45 minutes.

Best of luck to everyone with their training!

I love Joey Hadley's routine. Keeps you limber, has a cardio component, and some whole body strength work. Perfect for boxing.

            3 rounds of jump rope
            100 side bends
100 knee bends from a boxing stance
            100 jumping jacks
            100 alternating toe touches
            30 pushups
50 sit ups (add 15 reps a week and work up to 150 total)
Neck exercises (25 up and down, 25 side to side, 25 up and down)

I started something that I call "coin sniping" I'm basically tossing dimes and pennies at a mirror while catching many within a punch. Here's a video if you would like to check it out.

Can anybody recommend a good (& cheap) brand/model of outdoor basketball? I don't see the gyms opening back up any time soon. I need some variety.

I just watched a Billy Joe Saunders workout video with expert advice, it landed me a few days in the can for some reason.

I know how you feel. That's the last time I take any dating advice from our commander in chief.
