If you are a bob+weave fighter than you are not wanting to stay on the outside. Get in to GREAT SHAPE because you are going to press the fight with this style. When you make him miss make him pay. You will learn to appreciate body work and what it does for you. Better have some sharp eyes and some chin, to work this way, because it all goes down really fast...…….Rockin'

Your gym closes for a month? WTF?

You have over a month to prepare.

I say that you bust out some hard core cardio, with some lighter weights, for that month. Show up ready to roll.

You want attention? Show up more than ready, show up prepared. Mentally and physically. And then watch the attention that you will get from the trainers.…...Rockin'

yeah i know, i try to stay on the inside as much as possible and yeah im trying to get into best shape i can, i'm doing a hitt workout 2 days a week and aerobic 3 days a week in the mornings, im trying to run but its regular been 40 degrees here atm so i've been opting for the exercise bike atm, i'm doing 36 seconds slow jog/slow cycle and 24 seconds flat out for 25 mins on hitt days and just an hour running/on the bike at 70 percent heart rate so i'm hoping that'll get me into shape. Yeah i'm not the best at hitting to the body atm but i'm working on it. Def have a good chin, i regularly get complimented on it, we hard spar in our gym a bit and i've never been rocked, the worst i've ever had is a slight ringing and no other problems, but haven't had that since like the first few months of training.

A few months ago i had my first fight which went really bad, i was never rocked during the fight but i did end up with a broken eye socket and torn rotator cuff which set me back a bit, it's my dream to become world champion so i need to be a million times better, i need to do better and be better.

Yeah we're a youth club, our trainer gets no money, its 30 dollars a year and that's just for the insurance, he just does it for the love of the sport, but he likes to take a brake in january it sucks but not much i can do about it.

Yeah that's what i've been doing, i've also been doing some boxing on my own, ya know just shadow boxing, hitting the bag, that sorta suff while the gyms closed,

Yeah man ima be more than ready, ima be fitter and stronger than i've ever been.
