Cutting is honestly easy for me. Id say start rucking once to twice a week, start off with 35 pounds and walk 6 miles at about 3 to 4 mph. Itll burn up a good bit, i did it and worked up to 50 pounds doing 10 miles and youll burn like 2000 calories depending on your weight. As well eat a moderate amount of carbs, i did low carb and lost a little bit of muscle while doing this, get in at least 200 to 250g of carbs, and eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight
