    stamina getting worse

    hello,

    i'm 15 years old and i started boxing when i was 14. it was hard in the beginning and i could only spar 3-4 rounds but after 5-6 months i could do more than 12. those were the golden days. my stamina was really good but then suddenly everything changed. i sparred 3 rounds maximum and i was about so tired that i was dizzy, then i left boxing to gain some muscle cause i'm skinny and went to the gym. i don't do too many workouts, i sleep well and eat well too but i can barely walk stairs without being out of breath and i always feel tired. what can be the cause to this change?

          Evaluate your breathing techniques.
          Take a break if you've been going non stop.

            i only worked out 3 times a week and didn't overwork myself and it was amazing but i got sick, just had a temperature for a few days and when i came back everything changed

              You need to look within yourself bruh. What's holding you back? You gotta find that **** in your mind that's ****ing with you and fix it! That's how you become great.

                i think i have low hemoglobin. cause my mom had it and i had it too when i was born

                  Definitely sounds like something to check in with a doctor about. That being said, don't be afraid to make progress slowly. Keep things steady, keep yourself consistent, and you'll get there.

                    If you really are 15 years old and cannot walk up stairs, please go to the doctor ASAP.
