What strength & conditioning workouts do boxers do, outside of regular training?

Outside of the regular boxing training routine, such as sparring, heavy bag drills, skipping rope, speed bag drills, double end bag drills, pad work drills, slip bag drills, slip line drills, shadow boxing, road work, footwork drills, conventional calisthenic exercises such as push ups, pull ups, ab exercises and etc. What other exercises do boxers perform to condition themselves for a fight during training camp?

Do burpees, they are simple and can be done anywhere. As you get better, you can modify your burpees adding mountain climbers, squats, multiple pushups, & pull ups. As you get better you can add reps and light weights such as a weighted vest, ankle weights or wrist weights.

In my opinion, if you insist on weight lifting, do circuits including the full body.
