    Do you ever just feel slow and weak

    Do you ever just feel slow and weak. I couldnt do many pullups yesterday. And today Im looking in the mirror and my punches just look slow and weak. Thankyou

    *** and exercise dont mix. as *** calms you down, can also drain you for that day too.

    thats my guess anyway

      It could be that you are over-trained.

      if thats the case, you need to relax and skip training for a week or two. you only have so much energy, and if you overdo your training, then your body tells you to calm the **** down. the result is feeling of weakness and being tired all the time. i've been there and it sucks.

              your not going to have the same amount of energy all the time. there are too many variables such as the amount of stress your under, the amount of sleep you get, your diet, and the amount of calories you consume etc. you just need to stay on top of all those things the best you can, and change up your training every now and then.

                take a few days off
                you could just be worked really hard
                take 3 or 4 days off and youll come back fresh
                try switchin up the routine
                you will see some good results as the body adapts to training if its the same over 3 or 4 weeks
                and training productivity will slow

                  Yea it happens from time to time i dont know. Guess you just cant be at your best everyday know what im sayin?

                    i asked the same question a few months ago and got the best advice of i think southpaw stinger he said somthing along the lines of
                    everyone feels like this from time to time , just be glad u feel like this now and not in a fight.
                    and its true.
