I've been looking around to see what it would cost to buy...found this.

If you share this with someone it actually becomes quite affordable.

I've been using this Wim Hof breathing method to work through some injuries and swear it really helps. Shortens injury recovery times and helps with pain. It raises oxygen levels (and lowers Co2) in the body through deep breathing and retention. Also stimulates the immune system. I have not been sick with cold or flu in many years. I use this breathing when I feel something coming on and it just kills it. Most think its a joke but I'll keep using it the rest of my life for sure. Anyway, its kind of a poor mans method for increasing oxygen levels. I truly believe it can be beneficial to anyone using it.

I've been doing WIM HOF for awhile. I do it before yoga. i used to use mushrooms before morning yoga but this makes me feel the same way almost afterwards!!!!! it's a trip, my advice is to treat it like a boxing workout and go all the way, no stone unturned, youll feel the headchange after the first set!!@! after the second set, oh you're DONE - youre gonna feel content but push thru and make yourself do a third set. omgoodness.

now im building a hyperbaric chamber.

                EDIT-

I want one designed like this. this guy seems like he has the secret to living well and doesnt wanna share it, heh.. But what he has there, i think you can get the benefits the navy diving community speaks of.

but i want a fat tank like this.

imagine relaxing in your tank watching boxing with a pet. itd be a cool way to analyze fights, I enjoy doing that anywhere especially if I have an easy way to rewind a couple seconds without buffer lag.
