Ive been reading some interesting things about CBD. Most interestingly is some claim that CBD prevents concussions and TBI's up to 75%, which to me is astonishing if true. Most of the articles Ive read are (American) Football related but can easily relate to combat sports.

How is CBD for aches and pain?
Do you use it before & after competition (sparring, events, etc.)?
If you used it before competing, did the strikes to the head feel the same?
& did it affect your overall performance?
