    That's crazy. You would think that tough workouts would actually protect from a stroke, not lead to one.

    Were you doing a lot of weight lifting?

      Depends on how much stress you place on the body. Some people have collapsed at gyms.

        Tough workouts within reason, I mean. I know you can hurt yourself if you overdo it and push way too hard like an idiot.

        But it doesn't sound like that is what Rockin' was doing.

          Yikes. Thanks for sharing, this should be a tidbit of wisdom that younger people recognize. Listen to your bodies, if you feel pain that isn't muscle related, take a break from the activity, focus on other stuff. I think you were a smaller weight class, I seen a pic of you in your prime, somewhere. I'm sure you were working your ass off. Much Respect.

            Another thing to recognize is the nutrition aspect of things, with the advent of the internet we should all be eating the way that the guys at the top do, who have hired coaches for it.

              At worst, someone should see a nutritionist to get an idea of their body makeup
